Hi there I am a little confused by all the names in the family and I cant for the life of me know what is your name I cant refer to you as stanton.so let me know what we call you. I have gone through your web site and read your interesting recordings. I can up date you on a little more info or corrections in some cases. Here goes. It was nice to read I was 4 years younger than I thought I was ,actually born in 1929, I was the first Granddaughter of Alice Campbell .I and my Brother Len were brought up by her after our parents were divorced, I was about 6-7 and Len was 3 years younger . Len was born in 1932 and is married to Emily Noyce in about 1959, they have no children. My Mum, Dorothy Campbell second marriage to Richard Boynton was in about 1945-46 they had three girls one died at the age of 4 months, There is Patricia Nash, and Susan.Boyn ton she married a Robert Burt and they had one son, they have been divorced for quite a few years now.Alex Campbell married a Jean Moore they had one child Ann Campbell. Ann Campbell married a Andrew Hall they had two children Samantha and Mathew, they were divorced , then Ann married a Roger Walworth, they never had any children.Alfred Campbell Alice Campbell's son died in about 1935, he was married to Hilda Nottage they had one son Colin Campbell, after Alfred died Hilda married Alfred's cousin Dennis West ,he was a regular soldier, they had two children Valerie and George. George died in a motor road accident when he was eighteen. Valerie married a Mike Deacon and they live in Wales. Dennis West brother George lived with us in Duncombe Road .Dennis was born in 1909 his father was a french polisher who died early in life, he committed suicide I can only assume that thisr was FrederickWilliamWest, and his brother George was the son shown on the family tree as William G.WestIbelieve Dennis West was the son of Frederick William and Edith Mary West, what do you think.?as he was in the regular army and went in the army very young maybe his name never appeared on the census.I note you have listed under Mable Liguori a John Liguori ,he is actually the adopted son of Joseph :Ligouri and his wife Lee they have three adopted children.Just apoint of interest I and my brother were brought up in Alice Campbell's house she was our Grandmother, with her sons George, Douglas Frank and Alex and there was only a few years separating our ages, Alex was only 4 years older than me, we were like brothers and sister, they were my big brothers and Alex always referred to me as his little sister, so I knew them all pretty well. Hope you and your family had agreat holiday, keep in touch its so nice to talk with you all, Joy & Dave in Georgia.
